It includes the development and custom manufacturing of high voltage and high power resistors for filter applications, damping circuits, neutral resistors, etc. for HTCC & FACTS networks. All this is reflected in the multitude of projects carried out on an international scale.
Energy Measurement Technology
It includes voltage and/or current measurement solutions based on proven measurement sensor technologies. Upon specific request, optical-digital data transfer systems are offered for future substations with a fully digitalized and automated orientation.
Schniewindt also uses its know-how based on almost 200 years of existence and experience in the field of heating for specialized industrial processes and electrical resistance technologies for transport equipment in the most modern spheres. Schniewindt manufactures preheating systems for diesel engines in the maritime and rail transport sectors, as well as braking resistors for drive system technologies in the maritime sector (liner, offshore equipment), including heavy industrial sector.
